I think that is people’s hope but I don’t see how that is possible.

On a personal level, I’m not paying for the album (seperate of the free download from tickets) to get a handful of live tracks and, as a matter of principal, I just would never preorder anything until I see a track list.

My prediction is there will still be supply for me if I wait for more information.

That would suck major balls. And would mean the Mark Batson claim of best DMB this century wouldn't even be a remote possibility for my brain. I like Bismarck a lot, and I think Samurai Cop and parts of Do you remember are pretty good. Black and blue Bird, Virginia in the Rain (really only the chorus), maybe Bob Law sit very middle tier for me...and the rest is just meh. If we hear like 3 or 4 new songs only, for me personally, that's not gonna be worth the 6 year wait.

Obviously this is all conjecture, and I don't think that's what this album is going to be.
