Rebalancing monthly yes. But the issue is:

1.) One month is a lifetime in the Meme Stonks era
2.) This is larger cap stocks, definitely not penny stocks that will have large runups in a short period of time.

So while the idea is meme-interest, it is definitely not targeting meme "buying opportunities". Looking at the companies involved at the outset, should be fairly conservative and steady, by stonk standards. It is an ETF after all.

I tend to agree. They’re getting hammered in what’s basically a rotation out of “quarantine stocks” and into “reopen stocks”; they’re getting dragged down and there’s a definite buying opportunity
