Do we all figure these are automatic sellouts...actual tough tickets to get?

I'm tentative to request from WH because some of the seats have seemingly crappy angles, and I'd rather pay $125 for decent seat than get stuck with a meh $95 seat. If, however, we'll be lucky to get anything, I'd rather a bad seat than no seat...

Yes, I realize this is gamble every time we request and get confirmed by WH...sigh...

There really isn't a "bad" seat at Mohegan IMO...

I'm in the same boat... I think what makes me nervous is when you look at the seating chart, some of the seats look to be almost behind the band. I'm driving like 10 hours and making a whole week's vacation out of this... I would die if I got those seats that look very side on to the band!! I think I'll play it safe tho and request 2 of the $125 non pit seats. I think lol..

I agree 100% whereas the meadows while still a great place to see a concert has a lawn where many angles suck. Then the pavillion has limited elevation the closer you get. I have been upper deck both mohegan shows the band has played there and enjoyed it. Plus you don't have to worry about loud frat bros who won't shut up during the songs.

Parking is a breeze because many people stay a little bit and after the show i always pick up krispy kreme donuts fresh from the store. A1 dining options as well before the show.

Seeing that i am 29 and not a college kid anymore i don't need the tailgate scene of Hartford as much as i need the elevated no bad seat setup of Mohegan.

Couldnít agree more. Meadows is by far my least favorite venue. Nasty

The casino gets a ton of huge names... this most certainly isnít their biggest name. Iím certain they didnít have to outbid of any other venue as their Hartford attendance #s havenít been on the rise. Their winter show sold out in minutes here.

Idk about that in this case. It's the middle of the week and N1 is the tour opener.

Yeah I know that generally n2 is more attractive; was just wondering if that holds true when the shows are mid week and there is a tour opener involved. Actually made n1 my priority selection.

Touche! I forgot about it being the tour opener. Typically any n2 even during the week would be more desirable but tour opener is always a hot ticket! I'm so excited we are the first stop, because these shows get old quickly. They usually have a few new songs they plan on using that summer, sometimes they stick around and sometimes they don't. But it's always fresh at the start of the tour.

They will make more money with two stops at Mohegan vs one Hartford stop. Hartford has 7300 seats without the lawn. Mohegan has 10,000. You would have to sell a shit load of $50 lawn seats to beat out the platinum, warehouse premium packages, and extra 2700 seats at Mohegan that you are selling for $95-$125 a pop. They may never play hartford again

Temp charge for N1 request on my Amex as of this afternoon.
Made it my priority selection and flying solo, appears to be full amount for pit. Fingers crossed it holds.

All but a few sections there are full priced tickets so until confirmations you won't know if they are pit or reserved.

    Same, one night hard charged.

This has been a crazy "temp" run on my CC. Had both Mohegan charges, then both were reversed and both SPAC showed up. This morn, one hard charge for Mohegan and both SPAC temps still there (we all know that is not going to happen).

I have one hard charge for Mohegan and requested both nights. I have temp charges for one night SPAC and my girlfriend has full temp charges for SPAC. We should keep in touch. Looks like a trade here could work out
