Little help?

So i have flac files that i need to put into itunes. no problem. i get a converter.

i later find out that .wav files dont allow you to upload cover art (annoying the OCD part of me). so then i try to convert to aiff files. that works and lets me slap on some covert art. but then my Sonos wont read those files so i cant play them! wth?

im not an audiophile, but i rather not use mp3s. can anyone recommend a good free mac converter that can get the files to mpeg audio?
