Still, putting a 75% chance for any song at any venue with the current state of this band is a fool's errand.

I dunno... I could have predicted 75% of the songs at the last 6 shows of the EU tour.

I’ll probably go to one show if sets don’t get better and hope typical is one of the three great songs played during that show.

I sold Alpine and Colorado. Will go to Nashville and Atlanta. It's more of me wanting to spend travel money on actual trips than not wanting to see them. If sets are solid, a la 2013, I'd reconsider going to another show, though.

OSW intro was ruined before Jeff, they changed the horn line when the trumpet was added. It was brutal in 07. I'm an RR fan and I hate what his addition did to OSW.

I'm going to at least three shows, probably four. Will skip the 4th show though if sets suck

Just play #34 all tour. It’s one of the best pieces of music this band has. How they don’t see that is beyond me? I get that it’s a tribute to roi now, but I don’t think it shouldn’t get played because of that.

You know better... Dave hates the good music they wrote

I love #34. I agree it is just an insanely great piece of music. Roi did so many things that I still find to be masterpieces and this is probably Top 3 for me.

That being said, I don't really think this is something that should get a ton of play time. It's basically a "hidden" track at the end of a 25 year old album. It is cool to pull it out as a tribute to Roi or as a nice slow down song at a couple of 2 night stands but I don't really feel like the casual fan is going to sit there going, oh hell yea, #34! Plus, Roi is gone. That song to me embodies him and it feels fitting now that it be played in his honor.

Only 1, which is the least amount of shows I have ever seen in a year since I started seeing the band in 2002.

I started going in '02, as well, but will likely not see them at all this summer. Now, if a D&T tour happens, I'd be much more excited about that at this point. Hell, I'd love to see a Dave solo tour. Full-band live show just doesn't excite me right now... at least not like it used to.

True, and us American fans would just talk through the whole song. If anything, it should be played in Europe where fans actually listen and respect the music

Yep. I will say, in 2005 at Red Rocks everyone pretty much knew what was up and stfu and listened which was awesome. I clearly remember that moment still as well as The Stone.

I also remember a couple years ago when Cry Freedom was playing though someone to my left asked - is this new? Another said, I don't think so. Two other people to my right were just chatting it up. If that is how Cry Freedom is going to get treated at a venue image #34.

It’s usually Todd 99% of the time...
    Going to Woodlands and Dallas...
    West Palm is probable too
The shows are what they are.... still chasing Sweet Up & Down though...
Saw #34 with Lyrics at the Gorge back in 2013 I believe and it’s momments like that keep me coming back.... I’ll take what they give us rather than no shows..

    So then this is Jennifer?

I wish I was going to a lot more than I am, the one show only at this point has nothing to do with a lack of interest in seeing them, I'm not expecting SUAD or #34 but hopefully they'll bring back some great underplayed songs

just going to Spac with low expectations, i will never stop seeing them at Spac i grew up going to Saratoga every summer with my family and followed DMB there since 2001. The posters themselves make me want to go, maybe its just nostalgia at this point. It has been a mini vacation for me so long it has become a part of me.

Not a whiner but I'm doing 3. Was doing 4 but we decided not to do Camden to put it towards a different trip. I added Pelham because of dropping Camden. Might do Charlotte too.

toddandjennifer is back! Nice. I'm not much of a pessimist to be honest, and I try to avoid setlist watching during the tour as not to spoil too much of the TDs and LIBs. I gotta say though, following the Euro tour was the most predictable and boring I have seen since starting to follow in 2013.

I'm seeing 6 shows this year: D&T in Charleston and DMB in Jax, Tampa, and Gorge x3. I will thoroughly enjoy each of my shows like I have my previous 20 or so, regardless if I get the songs I'm chasing or not. I'm still pretty new so I haven't really gotten jaded yet, the whole concert experience is still such a blast for me.

Same sort of moaning that I heard starting around 1978 through 1995 as a person who saw many Grateful Dead shows from 1972 until Jerry died. Now after 109 DMB shows, more bitching.
