The mix sounds really good to me personally so far. I am a big fan of piano and so I enjoyed Butch whipping out Norwegian Wood. I also liked hearing ABI before AB. Love Roi on this release.

I am only on Bayou, but so far I would say this release doesn't offer anything we didn't already have from Weekend At The Rocks other than those three things. But no surprise there. Not the best release, but not terrible if you enjoy Stand Up live. Haha.

Sorry…I don’t post often so not sure how to edit. I wanted to add that YMDT is unique in that it sounds different than what we have gotten used to over the years. And was not played at RR 05. So that’s cool to hear…Even if it was kind of boring compared to what we’re used to now. Haha.

Yeah I haven’t ordered the physical CD in a while but when I did, they came early about 50 percent of the time lol.

It’s ok to say it’s a throwaway release. Looked like an average set, we were told it had special “moments” and you have defined what those are. I’ll pass on this one.

I’m enjoying this release. Band sounded really good in 2005 and this show is indicative of it. I enjoy the Stand Up tunes so I wouldn’t say it’s a throwaway release.

How is the Die Trying on this one? I think this is the earliest release of Die Trying that we have, might be wrong though.

Correct. Although we have a soundboard of Bonnaroo 2005, and the quality is pretty damn good.

Die Trying sounds great, mix-wise. It’s still before they added the crescendo outro. Sounds like they’re still figuring out how to do it live.

Wish they would have put out a later year one though. I think Red Rocks 05 covers that summer pretty well and the songs were a bit more fleshed out in September and the winter shows.

Only listened to a couple tracks but I like the mix and really love the mastering - not just because it's alive dynamically (DR12), but it's so good to hear this ABI properly mixed so you can really feel Fonz and Carter's low end. Right from the first kick drum, I had a huge smile cranking ABI in the minivan (where I recently upgraded the sub to a JL Audio ACP208LG-W3v3 - oh man, it really plummets low now)

Looking forward to listening through more.
