I’m so hyped for Dear Evan Hansen for all the wrong reasons.

I don’t watch that many movies anymore, so I’m really excited to laugh very very very hard.

Also, dudes in their mid-late 20’s playing high schoolers happens. If the movie is good, like Ferris Bueller or Grease, you kinda forget about it and get into the movie. When it’s shit though? Lol

20-somethings play teenagers all the time. I have no real issue with that. You don't have to make them look like a ghoul to convince me they're a teenager though. I'm fully capable of suspending my disbelief, but it's clearly distracting if I'm waiting for the character to break out of their skin suit throughout the movie and start lopping off heads.

Watched “Sorry to Bother You” with the wife, wife’s aunt and aunt’s boyfriend. I remember seeing the movie when it first came out and remember enjoying it. That being said, I got an earful from the wife about how I never get to pick family movies again . She vehemently did not like it. The aunts boyfriend agreed. And aunt said nothing.

A few slow moments, but a wonderfully intense movie. Russell Crowe was actually young in this movie but played a pretty good old guy turncoat. Really enjoyed Pacino in this one.
