Sold my Bartendar, 56/560 riverbend poster 2012. To someone that was drenched with your insight. It was a piece of shit poster. But because “you guys” loved it. I made $1600 off of it. That poster was worth $80. But I sold it. You created it, I just live in it.

I didn’t know that - pretty cool. Fond memories of downloading shows and burning them to a CD! Well, 2 or 3 CD’s.

DrumBeatsLoud isn’t wrong. There’s a definite divide on who actually appreciates the band and the lyrics and the musical talent and then there’s a LARGE group who just think it’s cool to say you’ve been to the Gorge, a 1997 show, 158 shows etc (woohoo, I’m 40+ listening to them forever and I love Joyride&#128580 and claim to be omniscient of the band, then they try to monetize and try to tell people what song are the best. They’ll take your money no matter what and it’ll be the best show of your life😏

Oh yeah DMBML! I remember that, too

My journey was kinda Nancies / Minarets > Ants / ASTB > Ants only

I was aware of Ants before I signed up, but it was the old FTP server that got me on board here

Wait forget about my last irony post, I should’ve used these posts instead lol.

Seriously though, everyone can have whatever opinions they want. I’ve never seen anyone force their opinions onto people. In fact, I see more people start arguments in response to people saying something negative about the band than responding to positive comments. If you like seeing Louisiana Bayou followed by Can’t Stop, You and Me and Everyday, I won’t argue with you. I have more important things to worry about in life than arguing with people opinions about music on a message board. Goodnight.

In 1972, Nolan Bushnell started the gaming company Atari, which gave us the classic arcade game Pong. Bushnell sold the company just four years later and the following year, he opened Chuck E. Cheese! In fact, there is one game in Chuck E. Cheese that actually is called Ping, a knockoff of his original arcade game, which he couldn't use since he no longer owned it.
