I think I've lost weight as well, but that's probably because of stress and the fact that I almost never eat breakfast or lunch.

Agreed... all I've done is grind my metabolism to a screeching halt with the way that I eat. Considering dinner is usually my one meal of the day, and I'm on the couch pretty much right after, and in bed a few hours after that w/o working out it's a recipe for disaster. I've never gained weight with the way I eat, I've been at my current weight most of my adult life, but it's definitely not optimal.

For the record, I wasn't trying to get kudos. Just explaining why I have been eating like that for awhile. I think it was keys that got mad that I ate 6 egg whites a day. Last place id go for kudos is the thread. I come here to feel bad about myself

Whoa, this sounds like a nice breakfast.

This morning I opted for:

Bagel w/cream cheese
Banana
Coffee

Should get back into making eggs for breakfast but usually don't have much desire to do that much work. Usually go with oatmeal.

2. what's your favorite stadium/arena food?

4. what type of wallet do you have?
5. who you got in the Pacquiao v. Mayweather fight?

6. How long has it been since you've used a land line? (office phones don't count)

1. Been a long time. Probably the Field Museum in Chicago
2. Italian sausage with a side of nachos and some beer
3. Florida for sure
4. Calvin Klein
5. Pacquiao by a split decision
6. Oh man, office phones not counting... probably a few years

How do you figure?

Oatmeal takes me 1:35 to make after I scoop it into my bowl.

Eggs I have to heat up a pan (takes awhile w/electric stove), crack and cook.
