the hyatt regency is within walking distance (for the most part), but you would maybe wanna hop on the nfta metro rail (http://www.nfta.com/metro/routes/routes.aspx?id=45). the rail stops right outside the hyatt at fountain plaza station, and will take you down to the arena. the rail is free in this part of the city also. so just hop on when it stops. anywhere between 3-5 minute train ride.

much nicer hotel than the adams mark if you ask me.

Stay at the embassy suites in the Avant building. Brand new hotel walking distance from the free fare zone of the subway.

just makes sense to have it at HSBC.

it will sell out.

with such an abbreviated tour, they only wanted to do one show in the general area most likely, as opposed to both rochester and toronto like in 05.

its between rochester and toronto, so fans from both can come here.

i think, aside from the sound (which i cant comment on as I have never seen them play here), it is a good choice for this particular tour.

It will surely rain on Nov. 2nd haha.... So I have never been to HSBC before. I think I might try and safe a few bucks... how is the nose bleeds for $40? How bad is bad? haha

When it comes to games there really are no bad seats.. concert would be a different story I suppose. Here is a pic from a corner angle, bout half way up the 300 level? Seems like it wouldn't even be that bad..

I sat in section 317 on the back/side of the stage for Billy Joel/Elton John years ago and to be totally honest, the seats were fantastic. We had the cheap seats ($50) and the section RIGHT next to us was the next level up (maybe $100?) and there was virtually no difference in our view. We were closer to the stage than those in the back of the arena and you look down on the stage with a birds eye view. I'm sure DMB would be set up similarly.

Question: Will there be an AMEX pre-sale for this show? I see that the C-Ville show pre-sale tickets to AMEX card holders takes place Friday, and wanted to find out if a similar pre-sale will be offered for the HSBC show ?
