it's "first come, first served"
trying to fixture out what goes on in live nation camping staff's minds on that process is another thing, but yes--generally they start at the closest section to the showers/trail to the venue and work their way back to the pivot.
the real question is if they fill up one whole "wedge" first, or start filling in left and right, but there's not much you can do about it either way.
i've camped pretty much all over premier and they're all good. i dont mind noise, so to me, the closer to the road the better, because it's closer to the honey buckets.
