My original point was at some point of his high school career he either repeated a grade (maybe it was his freshman year) or he pulled a David Silver and did an entire extra year in there, all while attending three schools and playing AAU basketball during the summer. I guess if the plan was to reclassify all along, then it would have been easy to spread those classes out. I'm sure it was all happening behind the scenes. It just seems weird publicly for someone to reclassify 2 weeks before college classes start at a prestigious school and get everything taken care of. I guess I don't know the whole story.
I don't really care either way. I still hate Duke either way.

Well it may be weird to you or others, but fortunately that’s not what matters. I’ll just say that he’s been working towards this for some time now, and this isn’t something you can just do in “2 weeks before college classes start at a prestigious school and get everything taken care of.” That’s not how it works. At all. So no, you don’t know the whole story.
It’s funny how stuff like this has happened before, and some aspects of it even happen all the time, yet when Duke’s involved everyone short circuits and gets so butthurt that they can’t even make coherent opinions about why they’re supposed to be upset. Goes to USC or UCLA, no one blinks
