I just think its a really bad move given their other needs, and the state of JJ's game. He's a huge injury / health risk, I wouldn't want to be giving him a long(ish) term contract at 10M per.

I don’t disagree, but I’m just saying it’s possible, I’m sure money isn’t an issue for JJ and the brothers have been very vocal about wanting to play together. And I don’t see how Watt gets a deal anywhere beyond 2-3 seasons.

I didn't like him early on but he's really grown on me. I think he could be really good, he sorta reminds me of Burrow but also could see his career being like Derek Carr, can make a lot of nice looking throws and have some really good games but just isn't the guy to make you a contender year in, year out.

Right? The question is still out on Dak. This puts a lot more pressure on him and the team and they have less room to get him more players.
