Overall, I'm excited! Nice to have another officially released show with LeRoi (it's been a while)
Yeah, the little differences are enough to make this a really exciting release. I'm honestly glad to have both shows released. 17 has a very similar set, but It is also a unique show because of the inclusion of the Lobos. Hidalgo on Graves is really cool (plus that one has For the Beauty of Wynona). Small little things like that are enough for me to cherish a release. LT 17 is one of my most listened to shows.

My first ever DMB bootleg. And, I only have 6 songs of this show. one of them is LIOG. Worth it for Bela solo alone. I always wished this show would get released. pumped!

Both nights in Charlottesville were filmed in 360 degrees using multiple cameras on the stage. One camera was originally mounted on Carter's drum kit, but the mount broke at some point during or after N1, so that camera had to be moved off the kit for N2.

The plan, at least initially, was not to release all of N2 in 360, just certain songs. Additionally, the company who filmed is planning to overdub the video they shot with soundboard audio provided DMB management is on board with releasing it to them (I would assume they would). Not sure if it will be mastered.

Additionally, I believe the plan is to release the videos on youtube/facebook, not as a live trax or any type of DMB/warehouse release. The timeline points to them being posted within the next couple of weeks (but I would imagine DMB management can alter this whenever they want/if they want to).

Here is older video that the company has produced if you want to get a feel for what it will be like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQEkTiQPb_M I'm not sure if all browsers support 360 video so you may need to use chrome (I can confirm it works on Chrome).

Fun fact, that is the lead singer of Slipknot.

360 sounds cool and all but I would much rather have a regular CD/Blu-Ray release. Maybe later on...

It was not until the end of the video that I realized that I could move the angle around! haha. The whole time I was thinking, "man, this is very unremarkable".

There is absolutely nothing that we need from night 2 and a waste of a Blu-ray. There were better shows during the winter and summer if we HAD to have another 18 release. Although N2 should have been considered mover night 1, Your idea to have N2 is terrible.

Someone in the MT marketing department is a bit confused. The Facebook ad for LT47 says “Ruoff Home Meadows Music Center”

Is that what it was called in 1997? Venues change names, if they released my first show I would expect them to say the show was played at The Coca-Cola Starplex Amphitheater and not what it's called today.

Nope. Just a mistake on their end. Also noticed it’s being advertised as a 2-CD on certain web ads and a 3 CD on others.

I don’t think I ever listened to this tape before so I’m really excited to dive into this show. 6/10/97 I have listened to quite a bit, but not 6/8.

Looks like an amazing show to me.

Excited to get another version of "Leave Me Praying"

4 songs in a row over 10 minutes as well. You don't see that much (at least I dont think so lol)

LIOG > seek Up > 41 > Leave Me Praying > Say Goodbye > Ants Marching

    ...thats a pretty sick run
