I like Venom, a lot. Just really curious/concerned how they would ever pull this off.

There’s a lot they could do, there are many Venom books that don’t involve Spidey.
- Venom Nights of Vengeance is a neat story, he’s a heroic type figure in that story, fighting a group of aliens.
- Venom Lethal Protector had Brock in San Francisco as a sort of anti-hero.
- Funeral Pyre also had him as an anti-hero. It also featured Punisher, which would be a neat crossover from the TV universe, but I don't think they could pull it off.
- Since X-Men is a Fox property, they could do one of my favorites, Venom: Madness, which had Juggernaut kidnapping Venom’s girlfriend. It’s a neat story because he’s trying to save her while dealing with the symbiote.
- I wish they would do Tooth & Claw, that had Venom teaming up with Wolverine - but with Jackman out I don’t know how that would go.
- Venom/Deadpool was another one that was fantastic. I know they won’t do it, but it was about the symbiote being connected to Deadpool instead of Eddie Brock.
I think it’s most likely they pull from Dark Origin - it’s basically his origin story, and how he becomes Venom. It’s been a while since I’ve read that, I think there was some Spider-Man element to it but not much. I don’t think there was enough that they would need to cast a Peter Parker.
