definitely true but much like Fertitta you pretty much pencil Kroenke in as a low to mid tier spender. to Kroenke’s credit he’s ramped up the spending as of late, only took lucking into a literal MVP to do that

cap minutiae doesn’t matter as much here. the big picture is: the championship window is now and likely won’t happen again for another few decades. spend now or risk losing Jokic in two years


the Gordon deal makes me more queasy than Porter’s. i’m assuming the 207 includes unlikely bonuses and this is realistically closer to 5/168, or 35 per.
he definitely has potential to reach the value of the contract, injuries not withstanding

i’d appraise Porter at 28m per...the SF market is totally jacked thanks to Hayward, Ingram, and Wiggins making around 30 a year. Tobias Harris makes 36. a bit of an overpay but right in line with the other dummies in the league, and i’d rather have Porter than all those guys

as predicted Porter deal included partial guarantee and unlikely bonuses

realistically only 5/145 with the last year only partially guaranteed

average about 29 per year guaranteed which is more in line with what i would pay

Simmons should show up for camp and just play like he did in the playoffs, and he'll be traded asap.

too bad about the Knicks cutting Vildoza, he’d be good if healthy on a squad where he’d get minutes

Sumner traded and dumped after injury issues. Indiana is low key cursed with their wing injuries this past decade

Doumbouya traded and dumped. he’s soooo young with such a good body, but i haven’t seen him do much of anything of note on the court. he may get another shot bc he’s so young but i’m afraid this might be the last we’ve seen of him

out of bounds reviews have been outlawed unless there’s a coach’s challenge. hallelujah. step in the right direction. remove it all!!!!

Oh man I tried fantasy basketball once. Got super drunk at the draft and that was by far the most fun I had with fantasy basketball. Way too many games/injuries/management etc etc.
