Back when I was a kid and I used to caddy, a guy got so mad with his tee shot he threw his new driver and it got stuck way up in a tree. The intelligent man then tried throwing a club at it to "shake" it loose and got a second club stuck in the same tree.

I knew my tip was gone after that, but that guy could never look us caddies in the eye again after that.

hahaha everyone has had the genius idea of throwing something in the tree to get the other thing that's stuck in it out. It's always the worst feeling when both things get stuck. Do you risk a third tem? I know I would.

It's also shitty when the first item is jarred loose at the expense of getting the second item stuck.

Since we're sharing golf stories, my funniest is when I was younger and took some golf lessons. We were always allowed to golf for free afterwards.

Hole #2 was a hole that headed back to the clubhouse. On the left, there were a bunch of nice condos. My friend and I were discussing swings and he thought it would be a good idea to "do a Jeromy Burnitz golf swing." For those not familiar with Jeromy Burnitz, he was a baseball player and he had an incredibly violent, one handed swing. My friend winds up and absolutely lets it rip. Surprised he actually hit the ball, but kind of wish he didn't. Anyway, it never had a chance of going anywhere but right for the condos. He sent a laser that smoked a condo right above the patio where people were sitting. Needless to say, they weren't pleased and we got kicked off the course for that day.
