Are there any incentives to pre-ordering LTs before release day? I’m a Warehouse member, so would I get a further discount on either the order or shipping if I were to pre-order? I have no interest whatsoever on the T-shirt, hoodie, pint glass or whatever you can bundle a pre-order this with. I only want the actual show itself, but I’ve noticed I could buy a CD right now of LT55 to LT50 (that’s about how far back I’ve checked, it may go further back aways).

I think they give you a quick HJ with your order now if you tip.

I don't get the point of pre-ordering unless you just can't wait for the physical media to arrive.. But even then you have to pay extra to get it on the release day. They must have just enough of us that it still makes sense.

If you drink a Molson while you listen to this show in reverse, you'll get to see the Wizard.

listened to the Light Lift Me Up soundcheck today, and man, what a missed opportunity (what else is new?) to not release it as a preorder bonus. still really excited for this release, but as someone who actually cares about the music and not apparel, there's literally zero incentive to preorder.

    Preview clips available: https://davematthewsband.shop.musict...re?cp=1_109843

Sounds like a very good mix to me, better than recent LT releases.

laststopdmb, what your saying is basically true, but let me add a couple of thoughts:

    • If we are getting a monster Two Step (and from snippet sound quality is excellent + duration 18’ seems appropriate), well, this by itself it would be already a reason to buy the CD.

    • So Right from Folsom is just great but also overplayed. I wonder if this So Right has something different (it lasts 30 sec more).

    • Having BEF>>Bartender, So Right and Two Step in the same album is pretty cool.

I had no trouble downloading it and I'm quite happy with the mix (but I'm listening to mp3s via headphones, not FLAC through a $20,000 system).

It's a great listen so far.

Through DDTW, it sounds good. Haven’t come up with the conclusion of which mix is better between this and LT 31. Right now, LT 31 has the edge though

I'm a handful of songs in - solid release so far! They sound very tight and it's a really nice mix.

Slammin' version of Too Much. SO good! Love these lyrics near the end...

    "I got a stomach full
not a chip on my shoulder
    Uncle Sam
    Got his grand
    ..."

    &

    "I drink too much
    Think too much
    Give up too much

    Too much"

Excellent start. Looking forward to hearing the rest!

GREAT Bartender!! That was an awesome version! Dave's wailing is controlled and super powerful.

Also, this Angel is outstanding. If you've heard it, you know what I'm talking about. It's funky as hell. And they sounded amazing on that song in 2001. Not gonna lie - takes on a totally different meaning when the LL's are singing about the angels and they start with Roi; that hit pretty hard. So grateful to have each and every show they release with him.
