Yeah, my wife's a teacher and not looking forward to being forced back to work w/o a vaccine. She falls into the "specialist" area so she'll have to go to lots of classes each day instead of staying with a single group of kids in a single space, increasing her exposure/risk and that of our family.

Between hearing that today and thinking about where we were supposed this weekend, she's having a rough time...which makes a rough time for me since I can't really rectify a damned thing. Really hoping we can go to shows next year.

This was to be the big kick off to our summer concert series...Holmdel, SPACs, BNL on 15th, MPP, Avetts on 19th, Raleigh, VA Beach, and still picking other shows when the shit hit the fan...Incubus, the Doobies, Steely Dan & Winwood, TTB, Ani, The Decemberists, Goat Rodeo, and Ziggy Marley, with hopes of Ben Harper, Big Head Todd, and more.

Girl I'd been kinda seeing for about a year now decided to tell me last Friday she's dating some guy now.

Cool. Great news. Can't go to a bar, can't hang out with friends, and now the one thing I look forward to every year is cancelled. I didn't go last year because I was in a deep fucking depression. I get out of it, I do a complete 180, turn things around... and I still can't go this year.

The 6/13/09 Stone is the best (or one of the best - for us SPAC'ers, the best) post Roi era Stone. There's a ton of pre-Jeff era Stones that are better. Just clarifying because I know you and Nolan both had said there are better Stones on the podcast.

That 09 was special.. that whole night was special.

They were bumming in green room. They actually opened the drapes and looked at the crowd from up high on stage side. It was kinda neat getting shit trying to explain posts that took forever to get service out on,like "the band is waving to folks, it could be a special night."

I will always say that Dave's wailing during that was epic. I could hear him OVER the microphone. it was probably one of the coolest moments I experienced.

I think an 01 or 2000 SPAC show was a Stone opener.... and it was awesome....

You can hear how crazy the crowd goes when The Stone from 09 starts...and then for them to pretty much not play it again full band since then (or maybe only once or twice) is just so crazy. I'll never get it.

I like that version a lot also. I find myself watching that YouTube video also, but isn't it auto tuned? I seem to recall clearly hearing the auto tune every time I listen to it.

Haven't listened to it in a while, maybe they RCMH'd it, I just know being there I was blown away. IIRC that's the only Stone opener I've seen.

Awesome set overall. So many great performances and mostly energy all throughout. For me, the Cry Freedom liberation from 2010 would’ve been a nice addition. That was a great performance and came completely out of left field. No complaints though. Really cool stuff!

It was actually a toss up between that and the 07 Some Devil (seemed like appropriate set placement for both), and Some Devil won bc of Trey and first ever full band etc.

If/when we do a N2, that will be on there for sure
