DMB vs. D&T preference?

Just curious what people prefer -- in terms of going to live shows & listening in general.

With D&T, you get less frequently played songs that you want (and a bigger shift from the recent tour setlists), but the best songs land harder with the full band.

D&T for me. Full band hasnt existed really since Moore passed imo. I dont begrudge people who like the newer full band sound but it isnt for me. I loved some of the Come Tomorrow tunes when done by D&T so its not a material thing either...I dunno, hard to explain.

I get what you mean -- After my first Mexico this year, I think I lean the same direction as well

Love current DMB after not liking their sound for a long time, it's always been D&T over DMB for me though

D&T setlist, performance, and overall experience beats DMB by a mile these days.

That being said, I have high hopes for Dmb 2020 summer tour. I have a feeling they do some really cool stuff.

DMB. Also not close. I enjoy D&T sure but the crowd being so obnoxiously loud and drunk all show really takes the experience down for me. I’d see that in Europe, though. Amsterdam was night and day difference between DMB in the USA for me... super quiet and respectful crowd with no stupidly drunk and loud people. I can only imagine how nice D&T is there.

DMB, although both have rapidly lost their appeal for me. Mostly due to the crowd. At least with DMB they can play some excellent songs that drown out the obnoxious drunk douche bags that plague the crowd and get worse every year.
