I know they're going to put me to a Sigur Rós vs. Metallica choice. I just know it.

And Metallica loses that one. I've seen them many more times and they're from San Francisco. They'll be around again. SR is from Iceland and visits every five years or so. The show I saw was divine. I can only imagine them under the stars in Golden Gate Park.

    I'm wondering if GGP will allow Metallica to use Pyrotechnics. Maybe that's why Metallica is on Saturday, fireworks (for One) and Pyro will be used and won't disturb the neighbors, at least not too much.

    ^ I know they have a noise curfew, too, so as not to disturb the neighbors. It's hard to imagine Metallica without a little bit of pyro.

    At least Metallica starts about an hour earlier so I get to see some of their set.

    The only year I'm aware that they did a webcast was in '09 when DMB played. I *think* it was the first music festival webcast YouTube did.
