Fair enough. I haven't heard this show yet, but I doubt we'll see it for a while since they just released a 2013 show last year.

Damn, how does this one slip through the cracks? I remember this happening but forgot about how good the set was. Those Fall 2015 shows were really solid. Not much mention gets made of those shows, but I was just browsing the Almanac, and those sets are really good. Boyd was actually pretty audible that tour as well. Just listened to Rooftop from 10/18/15 and you can actually hear Boyd playing the solo during the bridge. 10/17/15 was a favorite of mine that year. There was a radio broadcast of it with good audio at one point. I should track that down. The Stone from that show is fantastic.

I know we just got a 2007 LT, but how is 10.02.07 not an LT? So many great moments, and not a single weak stretch in the show. Hopefully someday. In the meantime, let's get a 2017 D&T, DTE was great that year, although you could pick about any night (give us that Dreaming Tree on a bonus disc though). Still hoping for a Riviera Maya 'Weekend on the Beach' box set too, from either 2017 or 2019 (since we have the Painted Series from 2018). 2017 was full of premiers and rarities all three nights.

Honestly, I'd enjoy more D&T Live Trax. Especially something from the summer 2017 tour (Either Mann show, Nashville N2, DTE, SPAC). But to each their own.

Mann Center run was great. Night 2 was glorious. My highest rated show. I'd LOVE an official release of that

2017 D&T would be cool from either Europe or the States. They were having a blast and sounding great during that run. Or a mix of 2017-2018 Mexico. Hell maybe even some of the songs from this year Mexico too.
I'd also like to see another 2003 released, maybe 7.3.03
That or summer 2002, 2000, 1998, or Alpine 2012.

Its been a long time since I listened to the Giants Stadium run from 7/11/00-7/13/00. These were three of the first bootlegs I ever had. I was feeling nostalgiac, so decided to put them on while cleaning the house. I’m just finishing the first night now, and wow. Release all three nights, include blu-rays for each night, and take my fucking money. I come to the bands defense here and there regarding their newer sound, and then I hear a show like this and am transported back to one of the most exciting times in my life discovering this weird new band.

I mention dynamics so much, but they were impeccable, and their sound was so crisp. You could hear every instrument, and each one acted to compliment the others, whereas now it sounds like they’re all playing against each other and challenging each other to see who can be fastest and loudest. Not to start ANOTHER debate about their sound now versus then. I’m just happy I got to experience it first hand. I also love the sound of Carter’s kit back then. So much clearer and tight sounding.

Side note: it’s been a long time since I’ve listened to #36. It may be an unpopular opinion, but that tune really was pretty boring and “Everyday” is a nice improvement. The song never really had set lyrics, and it went on and on and on with no break for a chorus or bride. Roi’s solos were great, but other than that it is kind of just there.

I also never thought about how unique it was that a band in its prime managed to do a huge stadium tour essentially promoting new unfinished material before any indication of an album release. You can hear people yelling for songs like “Grey Street” on the tape. A song that at that point had only been played a handful of times at live shows with unfinished lyrics. Weeks later people are yelling for it from the stands...that’s most impressive.

I went to one of those Giants shows and I’d be pumped for this. I’ve always held out hope that they’d release the two Foxboro, MA stadium shows from that tour right before the Giants shows.

I was there too and it was one of my best shows, but the taper pull is really good. I'd rather get an older D&T show that doesn't have a tape at all or a good pull, or another '03 show.

I think the highlights with the orchestra are in need of release, maybe not via the entire show, maybe just a Warehouse disc etc. If they do release the entire show, I would be happy with it if they wait a couple years
