Hard to explain though. It really makes me smile. It's like a high note and kind of "rolls" lower. Love it. Hope someone knows what I mean

Agreed. And you really have to love the 2-1/2 minute intro that starts the song on 12.7.93.

I really dig the scat vocals Dave does on a lot of the tunes. I really love hearing it, even on YMDT. I also love the small little "noises" he makes in PNP > Rapunzel. They are the bomb when he does them in concert. Those "little things" are what make me go "Oh yea!"

i also really like on recently (see the tapes from 5/9/09 in vegas) when carter whispers back up on "quite alone" as dave sings "she and me go to places where we are quite alone". it sounds awesome

Seek up Live at Red Rocks when Dave goes in to the Fall Back again and its just his vocals and Carter's drums is one of the most enjoyable parts of any song ever created.

The yelp Carter gives during Warehouse (prominent in the CP version if you need reference) during the salsa-y part.

All the more reason for them to bring back Minarets this summer. The scats he and Carter used to drop on the old scratch intro are the shit.

    Other small things non-lyric

    Dave introducing the opener

    Carter tossing sticks

When the lights go down before show time, I always love this.

Dave breaking a string, not sure why, but I love watching him exchange guitars mid-lyric

    Boyd being Boyd

    Recently Intro and Outro's

i dno how you people can call the wailing in bartender a "little thing you enjoy." that climax is one of the most (i can't think of a better word here) epic things they have in their catalogue.

i like when he gives a yelp in ants marching after "lights die you up and die" right before the jam/boyd solo. LT3 has a good one.
