I think this show was chosen mostly because the poster for the show has a record player in it so it allows for a nice LP+Poster bundle.
(And the fact that Blossom is a popular venue didn't hurt).

I wouldn't believe a word the blurb-writers say. Their job isn't to be honest; their job is to say something that will make you excite about the release that you may not have noticed from a quick scan of the setlist. They picked this show because they expect to make $$$ from it (either because they expect a lot of merch sales to people who want Ohio/DMB-themed merch or because they think they'll sell a lot of LP/poster bundles or because they think a lot of DMB vinyl collectors will want the poster).

It's been a long time since DMB has released a Blu-ray, isn't it? Have any bands released DVDs/Blu-Rays in the last few years? I suspect not enough people want to buy the Blu-ray to justify the extra expense of editing/syncing the video. My guess is that DMB is hoping to convince a streaming service to pay to host videos of their live performances (e.g. Netflix having 30 live DMB shows available to stream), rather than continuing to sell directly to the consumer.
What we all need to do is go listen to the audience recording of this show, and judge it on that, rather than the setlist. Maybe the show is better than we expect? (I haven't listened to the tape, so I don't know).
