SSIA. Will the Caravan covers (GTBT, Sweet Emotion, Buena, etc) continue to be played, or do you think they were one shot deals?

BTW, Watchtower doesn't really count because thats obviously here to stay. Same with Cortez because thats a given with Warren. I guess Thank You counts, as it wasn't played much prior.

Will they show up again? Probably. But will they be regular covers? I doubt it

The ones I hope to stay are GTBT, Don't Fear the Reaper, and Whiter Shade of Pale.

I actually think that GTBT was just a one time thing. I don't see them playing it much next year.

Like I said, I'm just hoping it sticks around, even if it's just for a couple shows.

Hard to clump them all into 1 group.

I think GTBT and Sweet Emotion get plays in the future.

I wouldn't mind GTBT and Reaper to stick around a little bit. Obviously would rather see LLD, Typ Sitch...stuff like that played instead though.

I don't count Whiter Shade of Pale in the "Caravan Covers" group because it was played once before that. Hope that one stays.

I think Whiter Shade will stay until Dave finds another song he likes E1, sorta like with Rye Whiskey and Needle.

GTBT I think will stay, Sweet Emotion may pop up once in a blue moon, I hope Reaper stays, and Buena I think doesn't stick around.

What Ricky said. There have been lots of covers that come and go over the years. Few stay. I think all the ones played for the first time this year won't stick around.

Wouldn't mind them sticking around but I really don't see any of them making any more appearances. I think Whiter Shade of Pale will be played a few more times but that was being played before the Caravans. But like someone else said it'll just be E1 until Dave finds a new song to fill the hole with someone besides Sister or Some Devil.

Sweet Emotion I think is such a fun song and incorporates all of the members and their ability to piece a difficult song together. I love what they did with it.

I think they may pop up from time to time but not stay in rotation. Would love to hear a different cover every so often at a show!

Whiter Shade of Pale and GTBT seem like songs that would stick around here and there. Just the feel of it strikes me as something they'd work in. Buena and Sweet Emotion, maybe not, but maybe. I bet Reaper is a one-time deal, or maybe a few time over the next few years at most.

I do hope they stick around, though.

some stay, some don't...Whiter shade of pale will prob stick around as an E1 for a while as previously mentioned, sweet emotion and gtbt may get a few plays in the future, i hope reaper does as well but I doubt it. Buena and like a hurricane prob won't get played much more, if at all
