Golden State such a palette cleanser after a full day of games. Green looks so spry out there. Curry’s 2q was bananas

Portland kinda hopeless without Nance, and even with him tbh

Brooklyn just can’t beat anyone good. credit Phoenix but the Nets had some of the worst offensive stretches i’ve ever seen, sloppy everywhere

New York defense finally showed up to break Atlanta’s streak! mostly bad luck as the Hawks missed their floaters but hey Burks and Fournier killed it

Chicago still come back down to earth. Lavine struggled but the offense still looked good- just not enough good ball handlers against a good defensive team. Coby White missing time really hurt them, he’s not ready for a huge role but they need him

also interesting Miami went offense first in their lineups, Vincent/Strus over Tucker/Martin for the most part and the defense still help up w their starters

Washington clutch again down the stretch! Kuzma!!!!

Boogie signing with the Deer. Have no confidence that he's not washed, but they need big man depth.

good piece of business getting Cousins non guaranteed. he’s a good facsimile of Lopez offensively and should fit right in. if not then cut him

not the most exciting day in the world other than Curry.
Boston a nice win carried by their bench, Toronto in full on tank mode at this point though (not really but they will sooner than you think)

Congrats to “Dirkin Off” () on the W. Wasn’t able to overcome the 5 game difference but was fun watchin the match up throughout the week. Had a very brief lead Saturday but Reggie Jackson laid an egg Sunday so I had no chance. On to week 7.

I don't wish injuries on anyone, and it was only a matter of time before his back acted up again, but the play he supposedly injured himself on is the most MPJ thing possible. He has a guy ahead of him for the easy finish but chooses to go up himself, pulls his back and misses the layup.

the Ball Bowl was fun, Charlotte defense still an issue but Chicago a much needed scoring output. all their starters played well

Porzingis had some sick plays but is hurt again smh. Cleveland still rolling. Garland/Markkanen/Allen getting better and better chemistry each game, even with Mobley getting his minutes back

Minnesota still rolling, Edwards and Towns took turns getting it going. i’m such a big McDaniels/Vanderbilt fan. on the other end, Levert has been such a big meh when i’ve seen him

Wagner was such a gangster tonight, played a complete game in a loss, looked like the best player on the floor tbh

don’t look now, San Antonio looked really good tonight against good physical defense tbh. feels good. #TankeroForBanchero will have to wait

Portland stinks. real bad rn. i didn’t think their young bench could have any worse value but here we are

    Re: The NBA Thread

my wish for Chicago in the playoffs (which imo is not a guarantee) is a consistent 3rd scorer that can take over while still playing Caruso/Lavine/Ball/Derozan and Derrick Jones at the super small 5

and when defenses really key in on Derozan/Lavine, which they have been for the most part, a 3rd scorer would allow them to play Javonte Green in that lineup to bolster defense without losing offense

i think Ball is almost there, which takes pressure off them having to play Vucevic.

really one of the most fascinating lineups out there. long way to go, they are more inconsistent than they look
