I sent a follow-up email voicing my concern, and this was their response:
"Thanks for your inquiry. I apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience. To clarify, RVs are able to be dropped off only the day before campground opening day (Wednesday, August 31). RV renters must have a copy of the campers ID and a copy of their camping ticket when checking in.
Please have the RV renting company contact us on how to ensure the trailer delivery goes smoothly. For RV trailer deliveries that cannot make it the day before campground opening day, then they will have to wait in in line with the campers renting the RV."
So, hopefully, even with new management (I *did* read that somewhere, right?), all should be well.
