at JRAD over the weekend...

older sister: hey mountain jam is a great fest, you two should come this year, we've been asking you to come every year.
me: yeah i've wanted to forever, just haven't made it happen
my wife: yeah i'm probably to blame for that

DMB dates get announced tuesday. wife wants to head to the NH shows. friends of ours offer us free lodging at their gorgeous lake house 5 minutes away from the venue. um. OK. plans are put in place, tickets requested.

this morning, Mt Jam line-up gets announced. it takes place a few days after the DMB shows in NH. due to child care arrangements, both are probably not gonna happen. yet again.

Maybe Peach Fest instead? The lineup is so much better than MJ, IMO (not really into the stuff MJ has this year).

Wallet only hurts with Dead and Co.

those prices are rip-offs.

I only get lawn tickets for shows. I usually go with a group of friends and I like standing with them and having room to dance.

Really don't want to buy tickets for Dead & Co and DMB until I know when Phish is playing the Glen! That is my top priority of the summer!

Pretty sure it's been confirmed to be Aug 17-19, but I'm in the same boat. I'm about to move back to the south right before a Summer of Phish at Gorge and D&C at Gorge > Eugene. What am I thinking?!

At this point, I'm potentially looking at D&C Folsom, Phish Alpharetta and/or Watkins, and DMB Gorge.

Really? I didn't think NOLA was poorly priced. I got an 3rd row upper for like $40+fees. The lowers were like $97. Better than DMB.

Those aren't bad. Must be new prices. Their GA in 2016 were more than Phish and DMB from what I remember.
