I've received one for the four emails I've sent. The one I received ignored all of the specifics and concerns of my messages and was clearly a form email they've sent out:

One order finally arrived yesterday, we'll see about today. Still no effort to make up for any inconveniences. Just crappy customer service, no matter how they choose to justify it.
