The band was The Other Ones from 1998 to 2002. Hornsby was there for most of the time, as was Phil, though he dropped out for a time. They changed their name to The Dead for the 2003 tour, and then toured only in 2003, 2004 and 2009. I think part of the idea behind Phil and Bobby forming Furthur was to push The Dead forward with some new songs, while Kreutzman wanted to go back to doing his own thing after the Spring 09 reunion.

Gracias. I know Billy never wanted back after Jerry passed. He and Mickey were always the musicians that left it behind while Bobby and Phil held on. Although Bobby made some new music with RatDog.

He played high school football with me, that was a while back though back in 2006-2009. Were both seniors in our last semester of college now. Saw him at Jones beach and he's generally a good kid. He's has a good amount of friends back home. From what he told me he found it and posted it he did'nt make it. So no point in being mad at him.

We know he doesn't make the stuff up...doesn't have the photoshoping skills. But this is about the 20th rumor that he has posted as real...guaranteed...and all the "if it doesn't turn out to be real then I'll never post again". So either leave or stop doing it...there's a Rumor thread where he can put all his false rumors...he'll catch heck there too, but enough of him starting new threads with all his false rumors. And enough of the "guys, I was just joking" stuff too. He's gullible and falls for every thing he hears.

Truthfully did'nt know about the past events, thought this was his first fuck up. But well then I dont know who knows maybe he's bored. But he goes to ASU so they definitely have a good time down there.

Yeah, we know all about his apartment at ASU, he's posted pictures of it. His source for most of the past bad info was a "Sal"? He's done it so many times that Webster has added the word "Brenny'd" to the dictionary, meaning, when someone gives you info and guarantee's it's true, but it never is.

Just search "Brenny" and I bet there are over 100 references, and you can see many of his past screwups.

EDIT: just searched "Brenny" and it showed the first 200 posts...I assume that's the max that a single search will show
