Would have been funny if Dave had played Seek Up, leaned in, read the view count, and changed the lyrics to match. Look at this crowd, 1.8 million proud, willing to wait it out.

ETA: Come to think of it, where was Dave lost in Nancies? Paris?

You know the 1.8 million was showing up on Twitter (now 2.4 million). So the count is probably much higher when you factor in all of the other platforms.

oh 100%. We talked about this on the podcast last night and how I was watching on the Apple TV through the SlingTV app on the AXSTV channel haha, so there are a lot more viewers I'd imagine

So... would you count as one viewer or three?

And you have to add number of people watching each stream. Like if watched with your family or SO they would count too

    Re: Dave’s Living Room 2020

I watched it on Yahoo Entertainment. The Twitter feed kept cutting in and out so I found another source. When I started the stream there were around 74,000 people on there. Pretty wild that it more than doubled in streams.

Right, true. It's really an impressive number when you consider that they put it on with really just a little over 24 hours of advertising.

Have people mentioned how good Sweet was? Certainly the best non-full band version of that tune, which I love.

They need to make this performance into a CD, and the proceeds could go to help small businesses. Who can we go to to help make this happen?

No upload yet? Trying to watch via the Twitter link but I can't play more than 30 seconds without it freezing and endless loading loop.

Count me in the group that likes Virginia better on guitar. Dave's piano/keyboard/whatever can die in a fire.

I was surprised by my own reaction to it, but yes, I thought it was a beautiful version. Reminded me how much I love the line "I'm too old to wanna be younger now." So yes I agree

    So much fun watching this.
Another more, where can I get a 2004 version of good good time? Had the 2004 version on the CD release. Can’t find it. It’s my fav song.

Big fan of the solo versions of "Sweet" and "Virginia in the Rain" from this show. I'm definitely in the corner of VITR on guitar as opposed to how it's performed live now.

I would love to see the band do some thing like Phish's "dinner and a movie" series they've been doing on Tuesday nights.

Really, really enjoyed it on guitar as well. Probably my favorite performance of the night.
