Usana or Utah in general? Because Utah is indeed pretty fucking gorgeous. The band has the view at Usana. The lawn gets a pretty solid view of the Wasatch Mountains, but in the Pit we don't get much of a mountain view.

went to their site today and lol'd that their lots open at noon, but there is 'no tailgating'

You just have to be super chill tailgating. 7-Eleven cups are what I have used in the last couple of shows there. 420 people, be very, very careful.

Not going Suze. I am sure you will meet some people at the gates. I would like to remind you that you will be at a much higher elevation in a dry heat so you probably want to pack some water in that styrofoam cooler of yours. And suncscreen, we don't want you boys burned to a crisp before the GorgeWA.

Well, I'm from the midwest and always just hit Alpine, Deer Creek, Ohio, etc... But I just booked my flights to come see this Utah show. Looks like a cool little amphitheater, and I usually try to see one new place every year.

Can anyone who is a USANA regular tell me a little more about this place? I heard there is no tailgating, but does that just mean no big tents and games and parties, or literally they bust you if you're walking to the gate holding a beer? What kind of food/bev options are on the inside? And lastly, I'll just pick up some tickets on smithtix anywhere, but I'm curious about the seemingly enormous area on the seating map that looks blank. I get there's VIP and boxes in there, but that much? Also, if I were lookin to spend more money, how does one acquire a box or VIP spot? Craigslist, Stubhub, and ebay havn't had any option for it as long as i've been looking.

And any other general advice or fun info you have would be appreciated! thanks guys

You don't know us (yet!) but my husband and I plan on getting in the WH line around noon for the rail. Unless they get all pissy about it, we plan on setting up our easy up canopy and chilling at the gate all afternoon. Just pack it back up and throw it in the car before the gates open. You guys can hang with us if you want!

I hope they let us drink in line, otherwise that might be a painfully long wait. And making friends with the gate attendant sounds like a good idea, that'd be sweet if we got in early.
