I'm seriously thinking about it. Talking to my buddy at work tomorrow who lives down there and has been to many Jazz Fests. I guess there should be a lot of positives to offset the humidity, crowds and festival set.

Just so no one is confused, Snowden Grove is the Amphitheater website that leaked the Jazz Fest booking - Snowden is in Southaven, MS (site of the April 27 show) and the fest is usually held at the Fairgrounds Race Course & Slots located near Metairie, LA. Good move on the thread Adam!

Yeah, if you read the header within the show page, they are just posting 4-28 as a placeholder:

"Dave Matthews Band will headline the 2013 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, marking its first appearance at the event since 2009. Tickets for the festival, which will take place April 26 – May 5, are available now at http://www.nojazzfest.com/tickets.

The exact date is not yet confirmed."
