Yeah I love KFC Radio and Mailtime, definitely help to pass the time. Also like how he's doing these 15-minute "Daily Mail" segments too. I have a feeling like some radio station is going to pick him up and he'll branch off on his own as he definitely seems more into the podcasts than the blogs lately.

Poor KFC. I'm a Jets fan as well so I feel his pain for sure. He's got a pretty good persona going as well. Smitty and Nate from Philly and DC are not funny at all, though. Trent from Iowa is the funniest out of the non-major cities.

Anyone catch the Rundown on Comedy Central last night? It was live...they are doing it at midnight this week Mon-Thursday. Real production, not the BS old school rundowns they used to do. I thought it was well done. As a frequent visitor of the site, I am impressed with how far they've come in the past few years.

On the one hand, I felt sort of proud in a weird way for the guys who have been there since the early days. I've been reading that site for like 8 years now, it's truly crazy to see how they've grown, especially since the Chernin acquisition.

But on the other hand, I really miss those old days. Part of the charm of Barstool was the terrible techonology, the ragtagness of it. They're still "edgier" than most Internet companies but the corporate gloss/influence is very obvious as of late. It's lead to some great opportunities but most of the content has been a hard miss for me as of late.

Pardon My Take is easily the best thing to come out of Barstool. Big Cat & PFT play perfectly off each other.

I agree completely. But like you said, they def are still very edgy, if not the edgiest (is that a word?) media out there (if you consider them media). They said plenty last night that would offend people.

Big Cat saying its not cheating if the guy is shorter than the girl was hilarious.

their recent change in company "vision" I guess you could say is mostly from the new CEO they brought in (Erika Nardini). She's sharp and smart as hell and knows what she's doing. I'm not sure if anyone listens to Richard Deitch's SI Media Podcast but he recently had her on, and it's a great listen. I definitely recommend checking it out to learn more about what they are doing behind the scenes. Sounds like comedy central stuff is just the beginning honestly.

Watched last night. Meh. I consume alot of their stuff, but the rundowns have never interested me. I'll watch the rest of the week though.

PMT is by far the best thing though. I listen to every show. Pizza reviews are great as well. Love Glenny Balls and Rone/Caleb stuff.
