Yeah, just need to add 58 (will update the list once it hits discogs).



Still no idea of press counts for LT 6, 7, or this one. If anyone has insight give me a shout.


And yeah, LT 1-7, 35, and upcoming 58 are the vinyl LTs.

Yeah, I’m not sure I will include the reissue of UTTAD or R2T (which also has a non-gatefold 150g release), or any others they decide to print up more copies of. These use the same stampers and same color vinyl, so I’m iffy on listing them separately. But if other want to see those included, I can add them!

Definitely with you on that list!! I'll add LT #8 (Alpine '04) and Live In Chicago.

Note: I think we're all expecting BTCS to sound phenomenal once they finally release it. I also have a feeling Everyday will sound incredible on vinyl; the sonic quality of that album will translate super well to that medium, I reckon. I'm genuinely looking forward to hearing that... hopefully AFTER we get BTCS, of course.

FWIW, I asked MT what the LT58 run size was. Here was their reply:



We apologize for the delay.

Management got back to me about your question about Liv Trax. They say they are limited edition. No plans for a re-press at the moment. Cannot guarantee it will never get pressed again though. Edition size was around 2,500 units.

2500 seems like an appropriate amount for these. If they didn't sell out within the first week they'll have enough to have a decent run but likely sell out sometime early next year. If they sold out of 2500 in the first few days they'd need to consider a second order.

Yea I really really regret not picking up the list priced sealed one I found two years ago at my local place. It was gone when I went back.

Anyone cracked their LT 58 yet? We got ours a coupla days ago and I wrapped for my wife for Xmas (for both of us of course). We’ll prolly spin it a bit later today, but was wondering if anyone’s listen already.

Listening now. Great show! IMHO the mastering doesn't sound as good as past Live Trax pressings. Lacks some punch, and seems a little muddy. Lover Lay Down side by side vs the Live 25 pressing proves there is a difference. Live 25 sounds much, much better. Still enjoying it! I would be interested to see others thoughts.

I finally got around to listening the other night. Hands down fantastic show. Not sure it needed the vinyl release, but I’m happy with the set. The album itself sounds good to me, I love when Stefan is high in the mix. He sounds great the whole show, does some cool stuff.

What's weird is it was apparently mastered for Vinyl by Scott Hull at Masterdisk, NY. That's who did the DMB Live 25 release. And there is no comparison between Lover Lay Down from the same show on the two. So maybe it's just a horrible pressing. Dunno...

Has anyone tried to do rips of LT vinyl for Vol 1-3 to be able to listen on the go? The vinyl mixes are supposedly so much better than the original mixes on cd.
