yea, when I took a bit of time to actually study the time line, I realized it could all go even tighter than the way it was all presented by Marvel itself, with the 1x16 "End Of The Beginning" episode coming that previous Tuesday night, the Cap sequel movie that weekend, then the 1x17 "Turn Turn Turn" episode the following week, and so on. I cut back and forth between the two several times, after figuring out that TWS takes place over a course of roughly 5 days (some stuff within the montage at the end could be theoretically a couple weeks later). But yea since I'm really into editing, I wanted to see how close I could get it, how tight I could make the time line. And I feel pretty confident at its accuracy.

But here is the slightly over 4 hour "movie" that I edited together from The Winter Soldier and the last few season 1 episodes of Agents Of Shield

Downloading now. Can't say for sure if I'll ever be able to sit and watch all 4 hours, but I'll give it a shot!

Looks like I have a ways to go. Keeps bouncing around saying 1-2 days to download, but it is downloading.

Still with ya buddy. Watching now.

This movie is just so good. I can't believe how well these movies are connected. Remember the cellist revealed to be Coulson's old love from this season of SHIELD? As Pepper Potts and Coulson are getting into an elevator at the beginning of the movie she says "so how are things with the cellist?" Such a small minute detail, but pretty cool none the less.

Also, maybe this is well known but I never knew this. There's a cop that Cap talks to during the battle in NY. I thought he looked wicked familiar. Did a little research and I was right...it was the same guy that plays Sousa in Agent Carter.

Hey nice catch on both of those little Easter eggs! I watched Avengers back in November or December and caught the cellist line too.

I am starting it after Talking Dead. Lots of screen time this sunday night for me

I think I am going to use your movie for when I get to Winter Soldier in my marathon. Watched Winter Soldier again a couple months ago so it will be nice change up.

right on. Though I'd suggest perhaps sooner downloading it rather than later. For all I know, not exactly like I guaranteed it will still be around for an extended period later...

I haven't had a chance to look at the finished download. What kind of file is it? Will I be able to put it on DVD and watch on my TV?

hmm, I'm honestly not sure about that. I mean, I didn't specifically put it together for that, but I can tell you it's an MP4 file. If you maybe have some kind of software that can turn that into a DVD... ? or, if you can just burn into on a data DVD and your player can read that, and/or if you've got a USB port in your TV, and put it on a flash drive?

I've just gotten so used to watching everything on my computer. I literally still have one of the old fashioned, big boxed sort of TVs in my room, I can't even tell you the last time I even turned it on. But I've got a nice 27" HD monitor right in front of me, so that becomes my theater. (even with proper DVDs that I've paid for like a legit citizen

Ok, right on. I want to watch it, but I think I'd have to watch on my computer. If that's the case I'm not sure I can handle the freezing conditions of my back room office/music room hahaha. It's so freaking cold back there!

so, this was more than a little bit unexpected. The special 4 hour movie edit that I put together, mixing The Winter Soldier and the handful of season 1 Agents Of Shield episodes (into correct chronological order) that I mentioned earlier? some journalist for the site The Daily Dot (I admit, I'd never heard of it before then) saw me talking about it elsewhere and wanted to interview me about it. It was not entirely out of the question for me that it was a hoax

But sure enough, the dude was real. He emailed me questions, and I answered. The article was published today

    http://www.dailydot.com/geek/fan-edi...agents-shield/

and btw, the "huge surprise announcement" that RDJ even teased about on his twitter for Good Morning America... was that the cast would be doing a group interview on Kimmel? seriously, THAT was the big friggin surprise? They gotta go a little easy on the marketing here, they have to know they're already gonna shatter records. It's not a shock to know there will be more press for the movie.

That's awesome! I did download this, so I'll have to give it a view. I am hoping to watch Iron Man 3 tonight, Thor 2 is next week and following that will be Winter Soldier. I'd love to find a way to play this on my big screen, but if not I can probably just watch it on my computer.

well, semantics. I kind of feel like from the headline (and as I've seen it on other sites), they're making it seem like there will be NOTHING in the credits. There will still be that initial one, that comes after the main cast and main crew (which typically is the more important plot related one anyway), there just won't be one at the VERY end. which will be opposite to how Guardians was. They had nothing after the cast list, and just the Howard the Duck thing all the way at the end.

and Jake, I have no clue what that means, but okay thanks!

I have to download it now, awesome read.

Watched Iron Man 3 on Sunday, I have to say after watching a MCU movie every week Iron Man 3 felt just a little out of place and unimportant. This is hard to type because when this movie was on Starz I watched it a billion times and loved it every time. As the timeline goes, it just felt off. Needed a Nick Fury cameo like Iron Man 2 or someone like Hawkeye throughout the whole movie like Black Widow in Winter Soldier. Still entertaining as hell though and it will be so nice to see Stark on the big screen again in a few weeks. Want to find out what puts him back in the suit.

You have to remember that Iron Man 3 was the first movie out of the Avengers and had to deal with some of the fallout from that.

You'll have the Iron Drones in Age of Ultron to help tie in IM3 more. Once Phase 2 is done, it'll all come together.

Right, as I cruise through the films it just felt weird going from a movie that has everyone to a movie that feels like it has no one.

Keeping in mind it's been a couple years since we have seen Iron Man on screen I'll be hoping to see some decent tie ins or follow ups once Ultron is out.

In 2015, Bill Gates could give $1 million to every single US citizen and still have $78 billion left,

holy shit, I'd never really heard it in that kind of perspective here. Give me a decent argument on why NOT doing that wouldn't like completely heal our economy

he could give us ALL that much, and still have almost 80 billion left for himself?? mother of god, actually I wish now I didn't know that. Damn you, Jake!!
