I would definitely recommend them. I've seen them twice, including last month.

The whole band is great. They really nails those harmonies live. They had some horn players with them when I saw them, too.

I did! I had heard her name before but had never listened. Last night I was messing around on youtube watching some NPR Tiny Desk concerts and decided to click on hers. I was blown away. The tone of her voice, the lyrics, her guitar playing were all very impressive. Eighteen year old me would have loved it even more as I was in that 'woe is me' teen-angsty vibe back then, but I appreciate it all now nonetheless. She is very talented and I look forward to more music from her.
