Considering requesting 3 nights of pit and later buying lawn for whatever nights that doesn't pan out, but also don't want to get stuck with some outside reserve seat if I won't be able to move that ticket later on (I assume they aren't in as high demand given how nice the lawn is). Any advice? I assume the 102 tickets are also pretty hard to secure.

Alot of the really good reserves will be premium or VIP tickets, and the others outside of that will be hard to secure.
I requested tickets through WH the last two years and got stuck with uppers/tickets to the side (I can look up exact locations, but it really doesn't matter)
I successfully sold them both years on the boards, I think I just ate the shipping costs or fees or paid out of pocket to ship them to someone.
Moral of the story I think you can always sell tickets... there will always be people who don't want to do lawn. You just might not get what you paid back.
