If we got LT7 and a proper BTCS I would spend an ungodly amount of money for those. I'm curious if you know whether LT7 was just a pipe-dream or if it was supposed to happen/think it'll eventually happen.

On a semi-related note, I found an RSD LT5 for a pretty fair price that should be coming sometime this week. It's my first LT vinyl so I am beyond excited to give it a spin and see how it sounds.

Can we get just Night two of Live Trax 6 remixed? That is a vastly underrated show,

I think due to the unlikely nature of LT6 being a big seller (in part because it would be an 8-10 LP set and $150+ MSRP) they were most likely going to do LT7 next in the series because of its popularity. There was never a definitive plan that I was aware, I just know the option to start bouncing around the most popular volumes was being discussed, I also thought a day and date LT on vinyl might have been a consideration (ie - a new volume).

I haven't heard anything about Bama Rags releases since DMB25, only know that BTCS (Sony) is still on the upcoming projects list but have no info on why it hasn't come to fruition yet.

That would be awesome if they did a day and date LT on vinyl, I would totally welcome that. Very interesting, thanks for sharing. Hopefully we get some news on BTCS soon!

Would absolutely love LT8 (Alpine) because I reckon it's one of their best live releases to date and it would sound completely insane on the warmth of vinyl, LT40 (MSG), and LT48 (D&T Birchmere).

LT50 would have been a good time to start doing the day-n-date LTs, then go back and release some of the classics.

LT7 would be a great choice, but only if they can fix the missing sax track from Typical.

Most of the other obvious choices have been mentioned, but I'd like to nominate LT30. It's kind of the freak of the Live Trax series because it's not a real show, but a solid compilation that would sound great on vinyl, I believe.

LT30 might be my favorite, despite being a compilation. Also, what is a Day & Date?

It means the vinyl would be released at the same time as all other formats, as with most new major label releases these days. So if you know you have a "big" release coming up for Nov/Dec like an LT+Blu-ray, why not do vinyl as well...day and date is just the expression for this.

Maybe they could go back and release LT 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 and continue in that fashion.

I agree 50 would have been a fantastic show (and number) to start with. Only problem was they decided to put that Hollywood Bowl show out from 2018 from some reason instead...

I would hope that before doing this they would release 6-9, or maybe just 7-8 as 6 and 9 are multi night releases.

That's probably why they picked it. Because Dave thought we would hate this pick and complain about it but still end up buying it anyway.

Probably not a lot of votes because it's not everyone's favorite, I think it's a great LT but it's not my favorite, but it's hard to argue that it's not better than a lot on that list.

Doby, do you have any insight where this was pressed? I've made confirmations that we can cross of URP, MRP, Gz, and RTI.

I'm guessing Pallas, but the person I've had contact with there is on work stoppage/leave so they couldn't confirm.

Only other thought is potentially the new Furnace MFG plant.

I assume the lesson they learned from Hollywood Bowl should prevent that kind of thinking. Listed for $125 for RSD before it was pulled, listed at $100 on release, and currently selling for sub-$25 via Amazon

Re: Live Trax vinyl series - which 4 do you most hope to see on vinyl?

Nope, had no idea it was coming and haven't been involved in the indie releases since LT4. I did mention that there was always a potential plan to start jumping around volumes though.
