Hi everyone! The 6/29/19 Noblesville show (audio) is up on Nugs! I wonder if the quality is an improvement over the broadcast/stream?

They also added more Live Trax shows...

Yeah, I was wondering this myself. I don’t pirate music, but I see no problem downloading a rip of a radio broadcast or webcast, particularly when it’s not gated behind a subscription fee. I downloaded the mp3 rip assuming it was just a free livestream, now that it’s for sale though, I don’t know where the line is legally or ethically. If DMB is going to allow these to be sold, I wish the money went to the featured charity from the show, then I’d have no problem paying for it.

I was looking around Nugs.net just now and noticed the 6/29/19 show is no longer there. Already bought it last week but I hope they still offer these drive-in shows going forward. Really want tonight's hartford show as i was there and the Sirius rip from last year is horrendous.

You bought the download of the 6/29 show from nugs? If so, is the sound much better than the youtube rip? I was waiting to pull the trigger because I couldn't tell what was better from the samples on nugs.

Probably not? Then again ripping all the Sirius broadcasts probably isn't legal either.

This day and age, I think if you are posting stuff online, you just swallow the pill that someone is going to rip the music.

It's kinda odd what they did. I bough the audio and downloaded it to iTunes but it is no longer in my stash to re-download and I cannot stream it. I thought it would at least stay in my stash. Luckily I got it downloaded fully.

I don't think they will be offering anymore audio on Nugs of these drive-in shows. I wouldnt be surprised if they got their hands slapped by management for offering last weeks show as a download. I hope im wrong

Well, technically, next week's Drive-In show is already on nugs.net. Hopefully they add it to the nugs.tv lineup next week.

So looks like Nugs got their hands slapped by management. I messaged Nugs about the release and this was the response.

“Unfortunately, that show was mistakenly listed on our website and should not have been available for sale.”

So if we get any new shows sounds looks like the audio won’t be available for those.

Yes. It's a Live Trax title that was released quite a few years ago now.

It's back up but you can't buy it. You can only preview the tracks, which seem to sound much better than they did when they originally posted it. I wonder if it's about to be released by the band, hopefully for free. Warehouse Warm Up.

I can't speak to what's for sale on nugs.net, but both Noblesville and Hartford are up there for me as a nugs.net streaming subscriber. I'm listening to Hartford right now. Video is available on demand as well. They put the video of the 2006 St. Louis show up too (audio was already up as it was a Live Trax release).

Nugs is not getting their hand slapped by management, they have legitimate deals with everyone for whom they put up shows.

Yes. Those that are previously unreleased.
This week's show is the concert that was released as Listener Supported. It's the second of two so far to have previously been released (the other being the one from 2006)
