Sometimes great songs are not put on albums because they don’t fit the sound and/or theme. I just can’t imagine that’s true for Bismarck. Which makes it even more baffling

Batson was still working with them on their post-Stand Up studio work at that time. I'm pretty sure he would have been aware of Kill the King.

I don't think this is a real possibility, but how awesome would it be for them to throw a 3 or 4 track EP in with the Warehouse album code redemptions and give us Bismarck, Sugarwill, DOTHS, and Shotgun as a surprise. History says there's no way this happens, but would be the best thing the Warehouse has ever done.

He’s still promoting the album and track list so I doubt that. It may be more about the fan base than the band or none of that at all
