Yeah he got his start a couple of years after my Dad did so they came up together. Good family friend. He should be really taking off in the next year or so.

If anyone has HBO Go, they have some old half hour comedy special from the 90's. Louis CK is thin and has hair.

Goddamn is Don Rickles the greatest. Honestly, Mr Warmth was Jeff Ross at his worst at a Roast, Robin Williams at his wildest in a late night interview, and the ON THE SPOT wit of Norm Macdonald all wrapped in one.

Don Rickles is so underrated it is criminal.

Having worked at a Foot Locked in College and, figuratively speaking, knowing the manager in the joke, I found that bit pretty hilarious (even though it's a dark joke).

Chappelle's newest special was the comedic definition of "brave". Find another comic on earth that could pull off that special without being crucified.

Sticks and Stones was fantastic. Comics need to be able to say shit like that. If you get offended by a comedian you are doing life wrong.

Not that I wasn't already a fan but it makes me more of a fan when comics just come at this stuff heads on. The "impression" of the audience was genius.

I thought Aziz Ansari's newest special was actually really good. Stripped down, he got pretty honest with his sexual assault accusation and then even joked about his joke with R Kelly from his previous specials. Haven't seen Chappelle's yet, but it's high on my "watch soon" list.

I did see Hannah Gadsby's Nanette last night, I'd never even heard of her but holy shit can she command a room. The humor is wicked smart at times, she's brutally honest and while she's not the funniest comedian in the game right now, I have a ton of respect for her now. Will definitely watch another special of hers.
