I watched this last night and really enjoyed it. I actually like movies with narration and I found out during the credits that the narrator was the author of the book that the movie was based on, which I thought was a cool touch. I think movies with narration typically do a better job of getting closer to the feel of the books they are normally based on because they can add in that extra flavor context that books are able to provide that movies normally struggle to do. By the end of the movie, I wasn't entirely sure what the movie was meant to be about specifically, but my attention was held throughout. Pattinson was impressive in his role.

I'm not sure many people actually understand how those businesses work and the depth of how their algorithms work. I think it was a good documentary to help normal people understand it and to help put the impact it's having on the world into context. As the documentary explains, rightfully, the manipulation they are causing happens, intentionally, without most people even realizing it's happening.
