The bold is unlikely, at least in the near term. It would be months at this point before it'd be available from the pressing plant. And in a month or so, the plants are going to be super busy pressing up all the crap for Black Friday Record Store Day.
The exclusivity with Target likely stems from 2 things; first being that they already had the exclusive pressing for Come Tomorrow and that sold well and second (and probably more importantly) is the partnership with Dreaming Tree wines. This is intended to be "a music pairing with the new Dreaming Tree Wines Rosé". They'll likely be setting up end caps at stores with both the wine and album.
