I get why they did it, but I actually disagree. I thought it was plausible in the game given spores we’re only around freshly dead bodies, I believe.

Idk. I don’t not like the change, I’m just not sold on it. It almost feels like a way to get hordes chasing them more frequently.

The change from FEDRA to infected in regard to the end of this episode was an interesting choice too.

I don’t mind the change with the tendril, yarn looking things and hive mind. The kiss was a bit much. I just hope every episode isn’t going to be running from hives, I don’t think they’ll do that.

The overview shot of Boston was my favorite, another perfect representation of the game moment. Ellie character is growing on me.

The introduction of the clickers was done perfectly. Absolutely terrifying, just like the game, and excellent use of the surround sound.

I watch these, and I know he gave it his blessing and all, but I’m just not sold on it.

For me, it depends on where they go with it. In the game, you very rarely encounter hordes/escape from hordes. I agree with Sarah when she said she didn’t think that’s what they’ll do, but I hope she’s right.

I wouldn’t mind the tendrils if they didn’t seem to be related to the hive mind thing. I think that’s exactly how they all knew to rush to Joel’s location when he shot that one.

If every time he kills an infected it’s going to cause a horde, I’m not a fan.

I enjoyed last night's episode a lot more than EP1. The intensity was definitely there. Nice introduction with the stuff in Jakarta and then they stayed focused on one story line for the rest of the episode.

Clicker scene was excellent. Liked Ellie more in this ep. I’m not too worried about the spore change but yea the kiss was kinda dumb.

Never knew about the games or the premise but I’ve enjoyed the first two episodes. I think it’s well done.

Neil said it wouldn’t have made sense for FEDRA to be that far out. And it adds more evidence to the infected all being connected

That's probably my only complaint so far. I don't think they've done a good job with the FEDRA and the oppression everyone in the QZ's were experiencing. We got a little in ep 1 but nothing really in ep2. Its really a dual threat between infected and FEDRA and instead all we care about is the infected.

apparently episode 3 is the biggest departure from the game. almost looks like a bottle episode with nick offerman's character. can't wait!

I know, I’ve read/listened to all the stuff, I just disagree with him. They have glossed over FEDRA a little too quickly, in my opinion.

As I said, I have loved it, but I’m not fully sold on the hive mind thing. It’s going to take a few more episodes for me to be able to say that was a great change.
