I don't know how Liverpool even bring in signings to fix any of this if they don't make the champions league. just going to be more young dudes from portugal and germany teams and hope they catch on. The core of this last five years of success is too old now. Its going to need to be a full rebuild.

Been a fan of United since 1999 and I have to say that I never could have imagined how bad it would get with this team. If you went back 10-12 years ago and told me Manchester United would go more than 5 years without a trophy, be out of the Champions League most seasons and have no prayer of winning the league I would have asked what you are smoking. If you told me they would get the pi$$ kicked out of them in a 0-7 smackdown at the hands of Liverpool in a derby game I would have straight sent you to the looney bin.

I keep hope that United will turn it around and be the world class team they once were. I am not sure that is even possible in today's game and EPL anymore though. Maybe that is good for the game overall, but it definitely makes me miss the glory glory Man United days of past. I was just lucky enough to be watching closely from 1999-2009 when they were everything!
