Both vinyls sound great with only a few places with slight noise (on Spoon for example) I would grade both vinyls VG+
The gatefold cover would also be a VG+ - there is ringwear but nothing terrible. I can spot a barely visible handwritten “98” on the front of the cover. I only noticed it the other day as I was taking pictures of the record.
There should be two black sleeves for the records with lyrics for the songs, but the one for side A/B is missing so there is a replacement black regular sleeve for that record.
My price is 570 USD including shipping from Denmark.
I have uploaded some pictures ok my google photos account:

FYI - if there is noticeable surface noise during a track, you probably want to grade the records as VG at most. Similarly, any hand writing or missing items should bump the sleeve grading down to VG. The things you noted would, for me, push it out of the VG+ range.
The price, including international shipping, isn't terrible. But you don't want to go through the hassle of selling this internationally and have a buyer take recourse if they feel the grading was inappropriate.
