I'll take Crazy Easy with quality lyrics over Eh Hee any day. Shotgun still kills all of the '04 songs, though, IMO.

or might I suggest, you could publicly thank some ants for donations to the site - that would probably increase the rate of donations... just an idea

another great podcast, enjoyed the kids in the background...at least they're tax deductible!
i definitely think the band should be playing the lillywhite/busted stuff songs more often (busted stuff, captain, raven, kit kat jam, big eyed fish and jtr)

My name is Chris... formerly lived in San Diego. I had to come up with a screen name when I was down there - this is the first thing I came up with.

Another great podcast guys. The sound quality was fantastic on this one. I really liked the explanation of the bit torrent program. Here’s a random idea I just thought of; maybe ask a trivia question or play a clip of some song and the listeners have a said amount of time to email in the right answer to the question or name the song title, date, etc. If enough people email in the right answer you could just hold a drawing of those people for the “prize.” This may be ludicrous but thought I’d pass it along.

Keep up the fresh podcasts!

You guys are great, the sound is much improved as has been said already.

I personally loved the kids, this is really letting us into your guys lives and hearing what you guys have to say. And its great.

I don't think the Live Trax will work honestly, I think there will always be just too many people voting for their first show or their favorite show they went to. And from having so many DMB shows, I think it'll just take too long to have one show have thousands of votes.

And hey, congrats on getting on the front page of the iTunes podcasts, one of the most downloaded podcasts as well. Keep up the good work!

And GO GIANTS!

just want to say that i think these podcasts are great. its a great way to keep the community up-to-date with the band and gives us all a chance to discuss things. quick question to everyone, does anyone else miss the song Break Free? what happened to Break Free?

I don't blame them for shelving it - I think it's got a nice rhythm throughout, but the end of the song is so repetitive with the trumpet that I almost get bored listening to it. Yeah, everyone thinks it might be a "killer jam", but if anything, this song reminds me how much the members of the band are aging.
