Ok now that I'm officially a Michigan resident.... where does everyone live?

Would love to do a DMB/Ants get together at some point. I always end up meeting up with friends from college/etc at the show and in the lots.

I live on Mackinac Island and will be traveling to the knob for the 6/6 show and would love a little meet up/get together in the lots!!

I am in Berkley, near Royal Oak. Being a teacher, it might be a little difficult to arrive too early on a school day if we decide to attend DTE.

I think that last year or the year before it was during the school year too. It just made made for a rough night in dealing with traffic and any attempt in tailgating.

Kalamazoo! My family and I get there early as we like to tailgate a few hours before the show. It's a lot of fun, and we're one of those groups that unless you're an asshole, you're welcome to just come and hang out with us. I always purchase extra solo cups to give out because people forget about the alcohol rules at Pine Knob.

That's awesome! I live in Portage but work in Kalamazoo. It's just easier to say I live here. Kalamazoo is an awesome little city for beer. It's been good to me. lol

Upgrade two years in a row but never gotten them since the invent of an actual pit ticket.

I still can’t believe the boys didn’t play Halloween that night! The chants got pretty loud throughout the show and it would’ve been a great opportunity given the 6/6/06 date.. It was still a great show however, probably my favorite at the knob.

Best of luck to you. DTE is a toughie because of all the season ticket holders. I'm curious to see how it might be affected with the closing of the palace and opening of LCA for the corporate sponsors buying season tickets.

Yeah good luck. I always check the morning they go on sale but they are always worse than what I get through the WH. I say it all the time but ticketmaster really sucks. I know some people make it work but only time it works for me is when I'm going solo.

Anybody know what the capacity is for the pit? I know the seats in that chart show 154 seats in the front, center section but I'm sure they sell more than that.

I believe it's the smallest pit on tour. I think it's about 250-300 capacity.

This sounds about right. It is a very small PIT.

Got my temps for lowers it seems. Getting tickets for a friend too in another series for the same price so wasn't sure which was which but both are there now. Still with the pit and VIP seats won't be THAT good.

YEa, our tempts showed up on 1/24 for DTE. It was the only tickets ordered for that series. Charged the higher amount so we will see. I don't think I put in for PIT so it'll be interesting to see where we land. Seats have gotten worse and more to the side every year, so I have pretty low expectations.
