Make A Bad Setlist

There have been plenty of threads to make your dream setlist. Well, this one is for setlists that you would never want to get.

I know that there have been threads like this in the past, but I haven't seen one recently.

I tried to make my setlist a somewhat realistic bad setlist, which means that it isn't something absurdly bad like a playthrough of Stand Up or every shitty song in the DMB catalog back to back. In other words, it's something that could feasibly happen today.

Ugh..

I don't mean to be that guy, but these intentionally lame setlists are getting... well, lame. I know OP could come back and say that if I'm not into this thread, I don't have to read/post here (and I agree). But I feel like I've seen this thread so many times and it never once adds anything truly interesting or constructive to the fan community. Sorry, your "Sister > Cornbread > Shake Me > Cornbread (reprise)" just isn't that clever.

That StL show was so bad. I remember going to crazy and exhausting lengths to make it to that show and the only thing that made it semi worth it was Typical Situation. Then in 2013 they give them a stellar setlist!

I agree on that, Typical was the only thing that made it worth the drive for me - that was my first Typical.

I almost didn't go in 2013 - was worried it would suck (it's a 7 hour drive), and I had to drive back overnight to be a witness in a court hearing the next day. But it was much, much better.

My friend that lives there went to both shows. 2012 was his first DMB show, and he did really enjoy that show. While I agree that the setlist fell flat, it wasn't as bad as Jones Beach N1 2012 (my worst DMB show).

Yes, Minarets, Rapunzel, and SDL are there. But YNK and You & Me are also back to back, as are Mercy and Everyday, and Everybody Wake Up was a real kick in the balls. On top of that, we got rained on. The energy that night was just really weak, and it got dragged right back down whenever it got brought up. I would take STL 2012 over that one any day.

(To make up for STL 2012, my friend's second show was STL 2013. He enjoyed that one much more. )

that show is BRUTAL....that's gotta be bottom 3 all time. Plus, the performances in 2007 were pretty lackluster, too. I think 2007 might be as bad as 2005.
